From Spain. Blend of Garnacha and Eva de los Santos grape. Whole cluster Garnacha grapes fermented with the white Eva de los Santos grape must for 12-16 hours. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks. Left on the lees in concrete tank till bottling - around 3-5 months.
