From Spain. Sparkling Rosé blend of Macabeu, Parellada, Parellada of 35 years old, and Macabeu of 17 years old. Fermented spontaneously using low-intervention. Unfined Unfiltered, No added So2. Parellada and macabeu fermentation with indigenous yeast , maceration with the skins of garnatxa and syrah, bleeding of the wine and fermented in the can. No added sulfites.
