Another bold and playful sparkler from Carolina, comprised of Glera (the Prosecco grape), Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Tocai, Verduzzo, all macerated together for several days before being pressed off, then bottled with just the right amount of sugar left to bring the bubbles to life. Golden-hued in the glass thanks to a few days of skin contact, with a nose of stone fruit & herbs. Soft bubbles and an addictive depth — mineral meets melon, tropical fruit squeezed over wet stones. Good weight on the palate, and a clean, dry finish; a truly memorable and fun fizzer!
