Dry with balanced tannins and a pleasant level of acidity.Manual harvested grapes undergo whole bunch carbonic maceration in stainless steel vats and are left on skins for 15 days followed by six months aging on it's lees. A secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle with no filtration or added sulphur, leaving plenty of sediment.
