Christina Gruner Veltliner 2022

From Austria. 100% Gruner Veltliner. Grapes are hand-harvested and pressed as whole bunches. The juice is fermented spontaneously in stainless steel in a long, slow ferment thanks to the cold cellar temperatures. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This lovely little Grüner Veltliner is hazy as the day is long but the cleanest example of a natural wine you're likely to taste. It's bone-dry with notes of green pear.
