Domaine Boucabeille Monte Nero 2021

From France. 70% Grenache Noir, 15% Mourvedre and 15% Syrah. The wine is aged for 12 months in small barriques. On the nose, the wine offers the classic sun-ripened Roussillon nose of berry fruit and notes of candied fruit, herbs and minerals. The taste is concentrated and saturated with intense fruit, which is balanced by a nice structure. A stunningly beautiful wine! Enjoyed in spacious glasses for up to 10-15 years from the harvest year, preferably as an accompaniment to simmered food with beef, lamb or good game.
