Folle Blanche, Gamay & Pinot Noir

The 2022 vintage was a ripe one, Natürlich manages to be both fresh and juicy. Peachy pink-hued, zippy and thirst quenching, the 2022 is a blend of Folle Blanche 70%, Gamay 20%, Pinot Noir 10%. The fruit is well balanced with that signature zip of acidity and ocean breeze salinity that we all know and love. This is a complete no-brainer for those warmer months.  

Grapes are grown over mica shist, after harvest they are pressed directly and fermented for two weeks in concrete before bottling, with no disgorgement, the wine is hazy and textured. The 2022 sees a little addtion of sulpher during primary fermentation, as Benoit was concerned about volatility in a low ph year.
