Drop by Drop is composed entirely of hand-harvested Roditis which is actually Greece's most planted white wine varietal. The nose is bright with lemon, green apple, peach, and a touch of herbs. The palate leans more towards melon flavors with a note of salinity and a crisp, tangy feel. A clean and citrus driven finish with minerals in the background make this wine plenty refreshing as the temperature climbs!
