God Save the Wine Pet Nat is a rosato natural wine made in the pet nat style from organic and biodynamic grapes grown in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. God Save the Wine Pet Nat is made with the 'Metodo Ancestrale' technique and a longer maceration on the skins compared with Il Frisant Bianco. Spontaneous Fermentation with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal added sulfites.

Bright and crisp in the mouth, with notes of tangerine, pink fruits and honey. It closes with a refreshing acidity that makes the wine crisp and very drinkable.
