From CA. 40% Trousseau, 25% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay, 10% Mondeuse, 5% Blaufränkisch.

A wild and mysterious, light-bodied red from Methode Sauvage winemaker Chad Hinds. Trousseau brings the blood orange tang, Monduese adds high toned black fruit and a peppery perfume, while the Gamay rounds out this wine with a bitter kick and savory structure.

This is fresh and highly chillable red that always keeps us coming back for more.
