Jean-Francois Debourg Blanc d’Eon is a refreshing, juicy white blend of Viognier and Chardonnay grown in southern Beaujolais. Bright citrus and juicy orchard fruit are surrounded by floral and mineral notes. Finishes crisp and clean. Spontaneous fermentation of organic grapes. Aged in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal sulfur addition.
