A-Grafo (“Uncharted”, meaning of the adjacent “Agrafa mountains”), is an honest interpretation with zero-added sulfites, of the up and coming Limniona grape, by the grower who revived it in its home soil of Karditsa.
This Rosé Pet Nat is a clean, fruit-driven sparkling rosé, with distinct strawberry notes, kept beautifully in check by the well-balanced acidity. The Kontozisis team have succeeded in making a crisp and well-structured Limniona, that keeps true to the crisp acidity and red fruits, which is the signature of the varietal.
