This wine is made as a true 'gris' wine, meaning it basically has little-to-no grape skin contact to give this a weightless, etherial feel

Dry. Tart strawberry, peach tea, fresh herb, saline finish with some chalky minerality. The ocean climate shines through, in the best beachy way. 

Pairs well with:  Greek salad, lemon potatoes, fish tostadas, anything with lime juice
