Mersel 'Lebnani Abyad' Merwah, Sauvignon Blanc 2022 (1L)

60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Merwah. The Sauvignon Blanc is partially destemmed and pressed with free-run juice added back to the skins in stainless tanks. The Merwah goes on slow ferment on the skins for three weeks and is then pressed and blended with the Sauvignon Blanc. The wines go through malolactic naturally and are racked twice before being bottled in late spring. The Sauvignon Blanc adds a zippy, punchy angle to the Merwah.
