Oriol Artigas Sammay Pet Nat Blanc 2021

From Spain.  Blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada. A pale amber natural orange wine with white stone fruit flavors, floral and earthy notes, and a nutty aftertaste! Hand-harvested, , pressed whole cluster, and fermented on the skins for 5 days in plastic vat before pressing to stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine was bottled before fermentation finished for pet nat. Unfined, unfiltered, and undisgorged. No added SO2.

Caution when opening. Slow and at 45 degree angle.
