Slobodne Majer Zemianske Sady Deviner 2018

Biodynamic and organic farming. A blend of Devin and Traminer from Trnava, Slovakia. Grapes are from 10-35 year old vines and are grown on loess and calcium soil. Hand-harvested, followed by fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeasts. Aged in neutral oak. Unfiltered with no additional sulphur.
