Statera Rudis Willamette Valley 2018 Chardonnay

A delicious experiment from a tiny producer playing with Chardonnay in a new way. In their own words: "This is our first take on an un-topped, slightly oxidized chard. We left it unsulfured as well, as to not try and bind up all of those yummy aldehydes, and it amazingly shows both slight reduction and slight oxidation simultaneously, it's pretty cool."
