Le Temps des Cerises La Peur du Rouge is a natural white wine from winemaker Axel Prüfer in the Languedoc region of France. Known for his low-intervention approach, Prüfer crafts this wine using Chardonnay and Clairette grapes, grown organically in vineyards rich in limestone. This soil contributes to the wine's pronounced minerality. Vibranth flavors, with notes of citrus zest, green apple, and a salinity that adds to its refreshing, clean finish.
