Wavy Wines, Calypso, 2023

This wine is luminous and joyful, mineral-driven and alive. Inspired by the salinity of the Mediterranean Sea, we chose to work with Vermentino, an indigenous varietal to Sardinia, and Corsica. Happily grown organically in Lodi at Grand Vin Land Ranch. It opens with the brightness and aromatics of citrus fruits with fresh almond notes on the finish. Texturally delicate and succulent like a ripe peach!
