Grapes were hand-harvested on October 8th, macerated together whole cluster for 24 hours then pressed off to steel to wild ferment for 6 weeks and rest on the lees for a few months before bottling, unfined/unfiltered with minimal added So2. Medium body with long finish. Notes of strawberry with punchy citrus freshness.
