Ziniel, Pet Nat, 2023

Ziniel is a sparkling natural wine crafted by young, energetic winemaker Andreas Ziniel, in the most south eastern part of Burgenland in Austria. This beautiful sparkling wine is made with 100% Saint Laurent grapes, a grape dear to Andreas' heart and one he feels is very underrated.

There is a lively acidity with a crisp and clean, refreshing finish that makes you want another sup straight after the last. DAMN FINE PET NAT.
