Welschriesling/Muskateller/Sauvignon Blanc/Zweigelt

Zini is a zippy co-ferment made with Welschriesling, Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc and Zweigelt from the south-eastern part of Burgenland, Austria, right at the border of Hungary. The Ziniel Winery is a family-owned winery that carefully tends to their 18 hectares of certified organic vines. They focus on evoking pure expressions of the grape varieties and their terroir through gentle handiwork and traditional pressing. 

Bright and juicy, with notes of watermelon rind, red cherries, cranberry skin, tea tannins, and refreshing acidity mouth-watering citrusy acidity.
